I am Richard Rogers and I handle a wide range of employment law issues. Some of the cases I have handled recently include discrimination, harassment, disability and reasonable accommodation, wrongful termination, whistle blower, and contract disputes.

I have been concentrating on employment law for over twenty years. Traditional employment law attorneys spend a majority of their first meeting with a potential client selling themselves. I do not. I have concentrated on employment law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years and I can help you. Thus, I spend a majority of our initial meeting listening to you, determining the facts of your case, and explaining why your case has or does not have merit. I do not believe in charging people to determine whether or not their case has merit, so I do not charge for the first office visit.

One of the hallmarks of my Bay Area employment law practice is privacy. Employment law cases involving discrimination, harassment, and disability often include personal information and sometimes psychiatric and medical records. One of the goals in all employment law litigation is to assure that private information remains private.
